Biography
Mr. Bach has worked in and around investment management for over 30 years. He is the founder of Bach Capital Advisors, LLC and is also part of Calamar Capital Management. As the firm’s founder & CEO, he has leveraged his investment knowledge with his business and sales skills to fill a void in the investment community. Investment allocators and investment managers often engage Jeremy to provide value add consulting. He believes that working for both the buy and sell side helps him serve both sides better by giving him a deeper understanding of investments, the industry and different firms’ needs.
His accomplishments include evaluating over 500 alternative investments, leading many successful capital raises and consulting on investment-related matters for large families and investment firms. Mr. Bach is considered an expert in private investments, including Private Credit, Venture Capital and Real Estate.
Mr. Bach began his career at regional CPA firms in the Philadelphia area and then transitioned to the asset management field. He joined Miller Anderson & Sherrerd (now Morgan Stanley Asset Management) as a Quantitative Analyst and spearheaded their performance analytic efforts. Later, Jeremy served in management roles at several fintech firms that served the investment and banking industries. He views this experience as pivotal in deepening his understanding of capital markets. Mr. Bach is a graduate of Hofstra University, holds the CFA designation and is a CPA. He is a past president of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
