Biography
BRUCE MOIR has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He spent over 20 years at a major Canadian bank owned investment dealer retiring in December 2020. Based in Toronto he continues with Westcoast Actuaries to utilize his extensive knowledge and expertise with IPPs to help advisors and accountants to incorporate IPPs into the retirement and tax plans of business owners, incorporated professionals, and executive employees.
