Andrew Martin

Mr. Martin is the Chief Capital Officer of AIE REIT. He has over a decade of real estate finance experience including, most recently, serving as the Director of Investment Management Finance at QuadReal Property Group. At QuadReal, Mr. Martin was responsible for the financial reporting of multiple real estate portfolios totaling $9 billion in assets under management. He also directed the restructuring of $4 billion in development and joint venture assets into a new pooled portfolio to optimize credit capacity. Mr. Martin is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
