Dustin Schneider

Dustin is President of Unity, where he builds trusted client relationships and designs advanced life insurance, business succession, and estate planning solutions. His strength lies in helping clients clarify their goals and understand how insurance strategies can help achieve them. He leads development of Unity’s advisor partner and referral network.

Before entering financial services, Dustin spent a decade as a professional athlete and member of Canada’s men’s national volleyball team. Since joining Unity in 2017 and becoming President in 2021, he has led the firm’s growth in the Prairies and has built a best-in-class team focused on advanced tax and liquidity planning.
