Trevor Shaw

Trevor is a Partner at Unity Insurance and an advisor specializing in financial modeling and analysis. He designs advanced life insurance, business succession, and estate planning solutions, with deep expertise in the tax, debt, and investment aspects of insurance. Trevor works closely with partner advisors to ensure their clients are well-equipped to execute planning with their accountants, CFOs and other key advisors.

With over a decade of experience in finance, tax, and economics, Trevor previously served as a Director at Canada’s Parliamentary Budget Office and held roles with the OECD in Paris, the Privy Council Office, and the Department of Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
